Ever wanted to know how it feels to be Six Swedish Girls at a Pump (High Test Girlsborn into the world as a creature from 'Alien'? On April 26, you'll be able to -- if you own an Oculus VR setup.
Besides setting the date for the virtual reality experience, called Alien: Covenant In Utero, 20th Century Fox has posted a teaser trailer that shows next to nothing but still somehow manages to be terrifying.
SEE ALSO: Things get freaky real fast in the 'Alien: Covenant' official trailerAccording to Fox, this will be a "a 360-degree virtual reality journey into a living nightmare and offers a terrifyingly close and personal encounter as an alien neomorph at the time of its birth."
The VR experience was created by a newly formed division within Ridley Scott's RSA Films production house, which also created a short, $20 VR experience for The Martian.
It's still not clear whether In Uterois just a simple prelude to the upcoming Alien: Covenantmovie or something you'll actually want to spend some time with. There's no word on price or how much "gameplay" you're getting, but the company claims you'll be able to "experience the world" in an "immersive" environment.
There's also no mention of other VR platforms, such as HTC Vive; for now, it seems, only Oculus users will be able to partake.
