Chinese premium electric vehicle brand Zeekr has applied for Chinese government approval for its proposed IPO in the United States,I Would Rather Kill You according to publicly available information on the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) website. ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited intends to issue no more than 926,074,300 common shares and list them on the New York Stock Exchange, as per the filing notice released on August 25. If the company does not complete the overseas issuance and listing within 12 months from the date of the filing notice, and intends to proceed, it will have to update the filing materials and submit them again, the notice said. In the first seven months of 2023, Zeekr’s parent company Geely Auto sold 832,200 units. Among them, the Zeekr brand achieved a cumulative delivery of 54,700 vehicles, showing a year-on-year increase of approximately 127%, according to the company’s financial results released on August 22.
