A sign warning invaders of a security system did not deter this beast from trespassing.
Eddie Bruce witnessed a monster alligator walk right up to the front door of a home in Breaux Bridge,Bazaar Louisiana, on Sunday. In the clip, the gator can be seen strolling right up to the door, finally taking a rest on the welcome mat.
"Caught trespassing in Breaux Bridge. Eight-foot. I believe his name is George," Bruce wrote on Facebook.
According to KFLY, the family called the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, who helped out with their pest problem.
Bruce posted another video to Facebook which shows the wildlife officers apprehend George as the neighbors watched.
Mating season for gators is quickly approaching, so it's not uncommon for them to show up in odd places, KFLY reports.
