Doctor Who makes its NYCC debut with the Doctor himself, Peter Capaldi, as well as Pearl Mackie and Matt Lucas. Producers Steven Moffat and Brian Minchin will reveal a sneak peek of the Christmas special. Then there's a screening with the producers and cast of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, an offbeat detective show, followed by a preview of Class, a Doctor Who spinoff about Coax Hill School.
Friday, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Main Stage
We know by now that the Stranger Things kids are literally perfect, so what adorable soundbites will Brown give us at NYCC? Will she stare down the audience with her telekinetic prowess? Will she rap again? Do she and David Harbour have any light to shed on the mysteries unfolding in Hawkins? There's only one way to find out.

This panel celebrates 50 years of Black Panther in the comic book world with current writer Ta-Nehisi Coates, artist Brian Stelfreeze, writer Christopher Priest and more. There's still almost two years until the live-action film, but fans have loved this character for decades.
Friday, 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m., 500 W. 36th St.
BookCon is at NYCC this year, and it's clear why with this panel, which focuses on how Young Adult authors create rich, authentic sci-fi and fantasy worlds. Panelists include Scott Westerfeld, Delia Sherman, Danielle Paige, James Dashner, Cristina Arreola and Jeff Giles.
Saturday, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Room 1A06
What's next for Harley Quinn, Green Arrow, Teen Titans, Flash and Green Lantern? The minds behind these DC staples discuss character evolution and where these stories connect and continue.
The Walking Dead is all over NYCC, including panels with creator and graphic novelist Robert Kirkman, but the ultimate event for fans is right here. Kirkman and the cast discuss Seasons 6 and their characters' futures ... as well as throwing in a little teaser for Season 7.
Saturday, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Room 1A10
Little information has been released about this panel, which is entirely fitting for the dystopic miniseries created by Charlie Brooker and Annabel Jones. Expect new footage from Season 3 (due on Netflix Oct. 21) and deep, troubling discussions about what technology says about the human race.
Saturday, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., Main Stage
What exactly is Jack Bauer's legacy? That's the tough question to answer in this clip screening and Q&A with executive producers Manny Coto, Evan Katz and Howard Gordon. The discussion will also include cast members Corey Hawkins, Miranda Otto and Jimmy Smits.
Saturday, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Main Stage
In case you hadn't realized, Netflix is killing it with the Marvel properties. Marvel's television head Joseph Loeb leads the panel and will screen new original footage of Iron Fist, due out on March 17, 2017.
Sunday 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Hammerstein Ballroom
Curious about the glitching AI hosts on Westworld, or the futuristic theme park built on voyeurism and catharsis? Showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy will screen episode 2 with cast members Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright and Jimmi Simpson, as well as participate in a discussion and Q&A. And when it's all over and the post-NYCC slump begins, you can head home to watch episode 2 live.
