A Virgin America flight attendant had one more safety video dance before the brand disappears forever.
People were heartbroken last year when Alaska Airlines announced that it would phase out Virgin America's brand by 2019. The India Archivescompany bought Virgin in a $2.6 billion merger in 2017, and promised to keep the "flair" that frequent fliers loved about Virgin, like its colorful mood lighting and upbeat loading music.

One flight attendant paid homage to Virgin's brand -- which seemed to embrace the complete opposite of what airlines are usually known for -- by leading an enthusiastic dance to the flight safety video.
His happiness is infectious -- it's impossible to not pay attention to evacuation plans when there's choreography going along with it.

The flight attendant, who was later identified as Mikey Tongko-Burry, tweeted a heartfelt photo collage of himself doing splits with Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin group.
"Feeling nostalgic about the amazing moments VX has given me," Tongko-Burry said.

"Definitely been an emotional past few days," he said in another tweet.

The Virgin America brand was officially dissolved in April, but its safety video has been going strong since then. Sunday marked its last run before it's retired forever.
Hopefully Tongko-Burry can dance to the new safety videos!
