We can Nude boobsall agree, coffee baristas are everyday heroes. Serving coffee to sleepy commuters is already a pretty vital service, but sometimes baristas get to make an extra bit of difference.

It's a photo of a thank you/apology note given to the coffee stand workers, penned by a woman who had come in previously very upset.
The note pretty much speaks for itself:
It's nice to see what an impact a small gesture can have, and even nicer that the woman took the time to let the coffee stand workers know that they made her feel better.
As she mentions at the end of the letter, it's written on seed paper so the recipients can now go and plant it.
Perhaps they'll end up planting the flowers somewhere she can see from her office, so instead of looking at a reminder of something negative she can look out the window at something colourful and good.
