Because it's not on the official menu yet, you'll have to follow the instructions of Starbucks Secret Menu to know exactly what to ask for.
According to their site, start with a creme based Pumpkin Spice Frappucino (that's actually on the menu). Then, request cinnamon dolce syrup, vanilla bean powder and white mocha syrup—one pump or scoop of each for a tall size, two for a grande size or three if you're feeling extra pumpkin-y with a venti sized drink.

If slurping on a pumpkin cheesecake sounds exhausting, there are options for you. Thanks to Starbucks' pumpkin spice sauce, you can virtually add it to anything including another fall favorite Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte, also found on the secret menu.
There you have it! Go forth and spice up your orders, folks.
