J.K. Rowling and Twilight the Porno and Other XXX ParodiesJessica Williams hung out at the opening of a rather large Broadway show on Sunday, where they decided to drop some rather big news.
The former Daily Showcorrespondent, who was announced as part of the Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald cast last year, will be playing the role of Professor Eulalie a.k.a. Lally Hicks in the forthcoming film.

Rowling followed up with a tweet revealing that we'll actually only see a glimpse of Williams' character in the second Fantastic Beastsfilm, with her "true glory" to be explored in the third film.

Williams, of course, is a *massive* Harry Potter fan, and having a new character she can develop is nothing short of huge for her.
"Those movies and books, especially the books, were so important to me," she told EW last year. "I could not have fathomed that when I was in the fourth grade reading these books, there would be a character I play that exists in this universe. It's insane to me."
The character of Hicks is an professor at the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a North American school of magic that Pottermore describes as having "the reputation of being one of the most democratic, least elitist of all the great wizarding schools." Exactly what she teaches there remains to be revealed.
Potentially, this new school setting could play a part in explaining the recent controversy over an alleged plot hole seen in a recent Fantastic Beaststrailer, involving what appears to be the impossible act of apparition onto Hogwarts school grounds, something Williams has addressed.
"David Yates and Jo [wrote the script]. Who knows more about the Potter universe person than the person who created it? Nobody. Not a single person," she told Mashable.
"So, like, LOL what do you mean?! Don't you think that will addressed in film? Don't you think there was a reason for it? Do you think you know more than she does on this subject?"
Oh, to be a fly on the wall during Rowling and Williams' hangout.
FantasticBeasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald releases Nov. 16.
