Today,Watch Climax Online August 19, is World Photography Day, and Apple has some photos to share with you.
The company asked photographers to use their iPhones to take photos of their favorite place. As it typically happens, the results made us feel like we're doing something wrong when taking photos with our phones, because these are pretty darn great.
Some of the highlights include a stunning sunset shot of Cable Beach in Australia, shot by Korean photographer Yong-Ho Kwon (above), and an supremely well-lit photo of the Zion National Park in Utah, U.S., shot by San Francisco-based photographer and visual designer Dan Tom (below).
Also check out the hazy mountains in the distance in Helene Sula's wonderful photo of Mammoth Lakes in California, U.S., as well as the red details in Daniel Triassi's shot of Montmartre in Paris, France (both below).
Another highlight is Wendy Andrade's serene black and white photo taken at the Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (below).
Finally, check out Rashed Al Alajmi's eerie night shot of the Al Salmi desert in Kuwait (below).
The photographers shared their work using the hashtags #shotoniPhone and #WorldPhotographyDay on social media, so check out those to see more beautiful photos.
