The only catch is that the deal is only available for the Midnight case and the Product(Red) case. The other color options have already sold out, so you may want to snag the deal while you can. The Series 8 adds a body temperature sensor, fertility tracking, crash detection, and a low-power mode to the already impressive Series 7 features for the most advanced Apple Watch yet.
